I'm sorry OP but I disagree. The information given is important. For generation after generation the Black Man in particular has been denied his rightful place in history. As if Black people's history only began after 1960 with MLK JR... And if they want to feel superior because of the history that is good for them, when they should have been proud in the first place! The fact that we are still considered second class citizens in this country shows that more than ever...WE need to know WHERE we came from to KNOW where we are going.
