its like that alot of places....outside of a major cities....blacks have limited opportunities...

And the young have endured the brunt of the pain. In 2000, the states of the Deep South — Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina — all had child poverty rates worse than the national average, but they were spread loosely among the bottom half on a list of all states.

Those are the states with the highest black pop's. And the whites down there like the blacks being in that poor broke ass situation. Which is dumb as fukk, since they basically just shotgunned themselves



As more and more blacks realize the rest of the country is a lost cause. And start to move back down south, I'm sure this will change.
