When the mini Hitler was disrespecting black people the devil principle said "he used words" but I bet you if the black student used "words" against Gays, Women, Hispanics, Asians, or anyone else, it woulda been called hate speech and it would not have been tolerated.

The black young man should have recorded the hate speech and the threats and filed a police report, then when the cops ignore it (which they would) beat the brakes off the mini hitler now if they try to file charges on you, you have proof that it was self defense.
