You can post pics by copying the image address (make sure it ends in jpg, png or gif), then you click the image icon above the posting box (left of the smiley icon) and paste it there.

Then you hit insert and your image should appear. It might not appear exactly where your cursor lands, but that's ok. You can either cut and paste it where you want or delete and reinsert and you should be good.

You can grab pretty much any picture you search from Google images, just right click and select "Copy Image Address".
