Truth be told Dorothy Dandridge although she was the it girl was color struck like a mofo. She tried to get her bigtime Hollywood producer/swirl boyfriend Otto Preminger to fire Brock Peters from the film Porgy & Bess cast because she couldn't stomach his black melanin while filming.
