Being on TV isn't like any other job. You don't just represent your company, you're a face and a voice that goes with your company. Especially in this age of social media, not a day will go by that someone won't bring up what he said and how CBS supports it by keeping him on air. You talking about how you don't tone it down at work, is different because when he doesn't tone it down at work, the whole world sees.
