I’m waiting for some of these alphabet club, divesting bytches to get canceled/fired for the slick shyt they’ve said regarding black men. It seems like only one side of the isle has to be held accountable for shyt they’ve said.

2 reasons why that won't work

1) From the outside looking in, some clever social media figures have diverted and siphoned any energy towards fighting anti-Black men rhetoric into drawing viewers to their weekly shows. Instead of doing something about it, dudes sit on their hands and watch these social media figures air out and fire back at the people promoting extreme comments. YTers use it as fuel for future shows and attract more viewers. Any actual movement to address the ones doing it is neutralized. Guys are content to watch entertaining videos, laugh, and DO NOTHING.

2) Term I just found out about 2 years ago, "punching down". In modern climate, there are still groups you can insult or disparage. If they are at same or higher social standing than you. If they are on lower social footing than you, the same joke is considered punching DOWN...and bullying a marginalized group. Comes with consequences.
Female teacher makes similar comments about dark skinned Black men, and backlash and penalty wouldn't be equal. Same reprehensible self hatred , but maybe a temp. suspension and apology.
