We had 15+ types of seasoning, but u threw out most of it.

Family members are getting too old and I gotta really start worrying about my health in my 30s, so I'm not cooked in my 40s.

Heart disease hits us hard.

Different seasonings for different foods. And he missed whatever point he thought he was making when he said they sit in the pantry for a long time like that's a bad thing, because that means they aren't using excessive amounts of them. Unless you have a huge family or host cookouts a lot, I don't see how you would use entire bottles of multiple seasonings within a year. Could just be me and mine, not speaking for everybody :hubie:

The only seasonings I keep in my house are Lawry's Seasoned Salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.

You will be surprised how those few seasonings go a long way in making an array of flavorful dishes.
