If said person isn't Deathstroke/Captain America stat+skill wise, Black Panther would whoop dat ass.


Hell, I'd do an actual list, but with DC changing their history, there's no way to know who ranks what where with them. Some folks have been radically changed (bronze tiger) some folks may not even exist (richard dragon)

You'd have to literally take away his suit for it to even be a match.

And even still it would be a wash. Take away his suit and BP would still be a better fighter, is still one of the smartest minds in marvel, have a high strategic and tactical mind, have enhanced senses like daredevil, and is superhuman stat wise. No contest.
