I wish everything about this business was more upfront. Selling a rebranded Chinese phone is not a big deal... But when you pushing articles talking about first smartphone designed in the US.. you start to wonder what else they are lying about.

This is what it really comes down to. If he had been honest about the phone upfont, he would have been fine. Because $150 is not a bad pricepoint, he should have just marketed it as an affordable smartphone alternative.
