Almost every street drug is cut with fentanyl now - all of them. Heroin, meth, coke, molly - you name it - it's likely it has fentanyl in it. Fentanyl is powerful (80-100 times stronger than morphine) and it is notoriously hard to measure correctly plus you have completely unskilled people mixing it.
