As an HBCU alum I love their uniqueness, but they are SEVRELY underfunded. I think that plays a part in a lot of these kids going to majority white universities. I hope that a lot of them receive a minority scholarshi with an academic one.

Yep and the PWIs never wanted to play the HBCUs until recently because they would have beaten their asses. Even in the 90s these HBCUs could have given many of the PWI colleges that work.
