I didn't get the second phase on NG+
It was weird

isn't there an ice wall that you have to lure him to break to get the second phase? and if you get him to cool of the fire in the second stage, you'll get a third phase? there's a gourd upgrade material in the second area of that fight.

Stay close to him at all times and hit him in the legs + dodge like crazy. Try to get him to the 2nd phase without using any spells (it ain't that hard actually, just stick and move and stay close to his legs) and then just unleash everything you have. Took me two tries.

Beat him and 100 eye easy last night. Staying close to the bird did work. Didnt need to use any spells in round 1. Also realized i wasnt upgrading my gourds. That helped a lot

I tried to climb back in.
When I decided to see how far I can go, this muthafukka was climbing the walls.
Guess I was going the right way the whole time.
It was a good surprise how they pulled that off.

This game is not as difficult as any of the souls games and definitely not as hard as Ninja Gaiden

I'm about to Platinum this shyt and I barely play single player games anymore

Souls games made me want to throw the controller.
