Demon79 started off promising and had some good delivery with the culture and era then it just beyond cringe!
Yeah it was a misfire. Had sooooo much potential to be a GOAT episode.
Just finished, i liked it more than the last season but it still had some bullshyt here n there.
Episode 1:
Standard black mirror Episode. Plays it safe and gets predictable later on but its fun. 7/10
Episode 2:
Seems like others loved this one but idk why. More like a crime thriller than black mirror. My mind was not blown and it was very predictable. Felt like a filler episode to me where nothing really happens. 3/10
Episode 4:
This one was very interesting to me, but it ended on some bullshyt. 6/10
Episode 5:
Good american horror story episode. Horror is my favorite genre so im biased. 8/10
Episode 6:
Another good american horror story episode set in Britain. Pretty much knock at the cabin if they didnt go through with the plan. 7/10

This was a huge step up from season 5, which was weak to me. Mazey Day and Demon 79 were departures from the typical black mirror genre but it still maintained the overarching criticisms of society.
that’s a good point…i actually liked demon 79, it just didn’t feel like a black mirror episode…honestly, if they added another 20 minutes to the runtime with some back story on the talisman and some back story on whoever it was that gathered those newspaper clippings this episode coulda been a decent Netflix original movie…
Other than episode 1 it was non existent.
I loved Black Mirror for its near/alt future dystopian tech….not this shyt they handed us.
The hippies in Beyond The Sea were just a total fkn cliffhanger, I thought for sure they were going to bust down the wall like the koolaid man after your boy was spotted in town at the book store

Episodes 1-3 all had some kind of tech involved
But those last 2 episodes were just lazy
