I haven't seen the data so I'll assume you're telling the truth here.

Is this a result of Obama' policies or is it a result of the recession that came about as a result of bush's policies? If you're arguing that this was obama's fault, then point to the Obama policies that caused those results.

I know that you think that you said something but you haven said a gotdamn thing.
He doesn't know what he's talking about. He's just been polluting this thread with a bunch of dumb shyt every page hoping it sticks.

The homeownership rate in general has decreased since around 2005.
https://www.census.gov/housing/hvs/files/currenthvspress.pdf
^Page 5.
Black homeownership rates haven’t changed much in the 50 years since the Fair Housing Act
^chart

The recession created a larger gap in income inequality because the poorest where effected the most. This is also why black people took the longest to recover in the recession. (The same way black people took the longest to recover in the H.W Bush recession in the early 90's.) That larger gap in income inequality is easily related the loss of homeownership over time. When people at the top suffer the less while those at the bottom or near the bottom suffer the worse, you create a big gap in opportunity, wealth, income and recovery. They are long term trends. If you look at the chart, black homeownership finally starts to increase in 2015 after 10 years, which is the same time black poverty finally decreases and black unemployment starts to get down to workable levels.
Notice: Data not available: U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics

Homeownership is directly tied to wealth which is why black wealth has suffered.

As far as his claim on black income. The median black income was fully restored from the recession with a little gain as well. In 2009, the black median income was $35,954. As the effects of the recession continued, the incomes decreased to the $34,000 levels. In 2016 the black median income was $39,490 which is a $3,536 increase from his first year in office and a $2,126 increase from 2015. Median black income also increased by nearly $10,000 under Clinton. It decreased by thousands under Bush 1 and Bush 2. The last Republican President to have increase in black median income was Reagan.

As far as his claim on poverty, as of 2016 the black poverty rate is 22% which is the lowest in history. Here are the black poverty rates year by year dating back to 1989. For some reason there are two rates in 2013 from the census bureau.

2016: 22.0
2015: 24.1
2014: 26.2
2013: 25.2
2013: 27.2
2012: 27.2
2011: 27.6
2010: 27.4
2009: 25.8
2008: 24.7
2007: 24.5
2006: 24.3
2005: 24.9
2004: 24.7
2003: 24.4
2002: 24.1
2001: 22.7
2000: 22.5
1999: 23.6
1998: 26.1
1997: 26.5
1996: 28.4
1995: 29.3
1994: 30.6
1993: 33.1
1992: 33.4
1991: 32.7
1990: 31.9
1989: 30.7

In short, I have no idea what he's talking about.

Do it matter, if the Democrat is our 'friend' but does this shyt to us?

Yes it matters

My boss at work is not my firend. He shyts on me when he gets ready

But I fux wit him cause I need food to eat

Politics is somewhat different, but ultimately being butt hurt about some policy is one thing. Getting rounded up into camps and genocided is another

So if the elephant is about to step on the black kid and destroy him completely - that's the answer by the way - then the donkey is certainly where you wanna be. Relatively

@Tyrantus my brother you are having a terrible "WE SICK" meltdown in here:

1) I posted the photo from yvette's facebook which is still up there right now.

now, I don't give a fukk if David Duke drew the shyt, and mailed it to prison to Rev. Matthew Hale to color the muthafukka

the shyt is STILL TRUE. it's an accurate depiction of how democrats are treating it's black and latino constituents

2)
the real question is why has a cartoon that is clearly attacking the democratic party, sent you into a blind rage?

the black child isn't being depicted in a negative light, the democrats are...are "WE SICK" my dude!? you just can't stand for people to criticize massa? :francis:

3)
I've never said that black people need to NOT VOTE (like tariq did :sas2:)

but I will say now, and have always said that we rely too heavily on the vote

some of our communities look like time warps to the 90's - this is what we vote for time after time though

Now, i've addressed your points going at me...will you at least answer the question if whether you think democrats are favoring latino's? just a yes or no...

1: :jbhmm:So you don't mind posting extreme right wing propaganda that absolves the Republicans of any responsibility and plays right in their hands?

2: :shaq2:Tired old "Democrat Plantation" talking point. I see you're getting desperate.

3:
THere’s an idea: DON’T VOTE. Seriously, we need to sit out some elections and fix our own house.

But I'm sure you'll try to see you didn't mean it that way. I see that Tariq deflection. too:mjpls:

Now let's try this once again...
:jbhmm:So I can expect to see more threads from you about Republican's attitude toward the black community from you? And do you think they have a more negative view on blacks? Also, what do you make of their courting of the white vote?

And as for your second question there is no easy yes or no answer in my opinion. Trump is trying to rally his base with the border issue so that's a political hot topic of the moment. Another issue down the line could put us more in the spotlight. You could make your position a little clearer by stating whether you are referring to illegal immigrants or non black/white latinos who are citizens?/QUOTE]

Cruisin’
me and my friend had this same debate over the weekend

for decades we argued that americas' racist policies kept us working low wage, long hour, demeaning and manual labor type jobs to keep us as a permanent underclass

to now arguing that "we shouldn't be trying to keep those jobs in the first place!" now that latinos have taken those SAME jobs we once complained about :mindblown:
I've always found that strange as well. Latinos taking all the jobs from black ppl that were once viewed as demeaning. Which is why many of us ask "Which is it?". Is immigration detrimental to black employment or are the jon sectors they're filling-in are jobs that black ppl were forcefully pigeonhold in, and shouldn't strive to work in anymore?

Now let's try this once again...

this will be my last response to you because you keep going in circles

1) so a cartoon shytting on democrats is extreme right wing propaganda? yeah "WE SICK". :mjlol:

2) when all of us reading this are dead and gone, democrats and republicans will be making political cartoons taking jabs at each other

this emotional grip you have on your political party is unnatural. please read the miseducation of the negro, quick.

3) that wasn't a Tariq deflection, you accused me of telling people not to vote, I never have but Tariq did and he actually has hundreds of thousands of followers

if anything got deflected it was your weak ass argument

4) my post history is not private, I have never posted "republican" anything...this cartoon came from facebook, YVETTE's facebook to be exact - you can even trace the link

it's funny, I get roasted for being an Umar supporter/defender by half of you, then the other half calls me a republican :russ:

but it's clear you've come equipped with nothing but your emotions...get your last word in, we have nothing else to discuss. and please stop "mentioning" me too. thanks in advance. :coffee:

He’s not going to answer because he’s merely trying to cause tensions to keep republicans in power.

These dudes don’t really care about immigration. There goal is to get republicans elected in 2018-2020.

This is why they bytch about Dems way more than you willl ever see them attack whte supremacy or republicans.
You seem to be in all these threads accusing people of being russian operatives and black conservatives (with no proof) and then saying "hit dogs holler" when somebody calls your bluff.
What's your end game?

1. :gucci:Firstly, you posted an image from a far right website(you claimed ignorance of it's source earlier) and then defended using material from such people anyway later on. And no you're dodging my question on helping spread their propaganda in this response.

2. More "Democrat Plantation" talking points. It's lazy and weak.

3. :ufdup:Nah, I didn't bring up Tariq. Bringing him up is a now standard deflection by right wingers or alt right around here. Don't play dumb.

4. Who are you talking to here? Did I call you a specifically call you a Republican? I have my suspicions, but I didn't call you that. You seem to be working from the same script as the rest. And as for the cartoon. I'll give Yvette the benefit of the doubt an say she maybe didn't know where it came from, but judging from your posts I'm sure you knew where it was from.

Also again for the crowd:

:jbhmm:So I can expect to see more threads from you about Republican's attitude toward the black community from you? And do you think they have a more negative view on blacks? Also, what do you make of their courting of the white vote?
