No more black men need to learn Boxing and/ or Jiu Jitsu..

If you can fight already this doesn't apply to you..but it's breh who think they can fight just because they're black...:mjgrin:

If you've never been in a fight or been trained/taught how to throw hands you're setting yourself up for failure.

I do not want to be that guy at the mercy of some cac who knows jiu jitsu just mounting and throwing punches on you and you're helpless.

Never heard of any of those guys but the first one is the only natural steroids free one.

I’m a student too so I’m not sure I can afford it yet.

Facts though, if you aren’t trained in something at a basic level then you probably can’t and shouldnt fight.

This is my primary problem, i fu*king love soda .A few months ago i tried to drink a gallon of water a day and almost went a week without sleep because my bathroom trips were so frequent. i'm going to give another try by starting with half a gallon a day and working my way up

Try substituting the soda with 100% fruit juice.

Also a gallon of water a day sounds a bit high...:patrice:There is a such thing as over hydration where you drink so much that you start to flush vital nutrients from your body. Avoid that. Every body is different thus different water needs, so it may take a minute for you to figure out what is right for you.

I agree..diet is a big thing too.

I can cut out the sugary drinks no problem..its the carb where I fail ..but I been losing weight with intermittent fasting...was 202 a month and half ago and now I'm 186:mjgrin:

But I'm glad I did..because I had social anxiety bad because I never really got into a fight before...and I didn't want to date women if didn't know how to defend myself or her.

After I get a job I'm gonna take the bjj and muay thai so I can learn kicking :wow:

I'm not a bully and most of the time no one fukks with me but once in a while it will be some clown who be acting like they wanna punk me.

No, 1 gallon of water a day is minimal has a man.. literally you are up 16 hours a day minimal. 1 bottle of water each other hour is nothing.

The most important thing is consistency and proper rest to grow.
