You can't generalize, Sis. I mean is it even the same dudes tryna holla when you have weave and ignoring you when you're natural? Prolly not. Maybe the natural style you're wearing doesn't flatter you. Maybe you subconsciously feel less comfortable without a weave and are putting out self-conscious, low-confidence energy that drives people away.
Whatever it is, I doubt the problem is not black men in toto.

I know I got more male attention with my big natural fro and shyt went through the roof when I started rocking my buzz cut.

I notice that I get MORE play from black men with long weave than I do when my natural hair is out and kinky.

I still stand by what I said. The TYPICAL black man isn't going to go for a chick with short "nappy" (tightly curled/4c) hair, sorry. You can try to tell that lie if you want. Like Cinna mentioned earlier, the attraction is focused on length. That's why the majority of the pics posted in this thread are of chicks with longer "natural" hair (some of it is weave).
