The leadership in this situation would be to not accept overweight/obese women for marriage, dating, or even sexual intercourse. A leader is suppose to lay down their standards for them to successfully lead.

I have a wife and two kids. I tell her we need to get in better shape and I’m signing up for the gym. She gets in free with me. I also advised her to get one too. Or go on base, since it’s free (military). I went with her once, besides that I been going 4+ a week. She ain’t been since I went with her once. I told her now is a good time since we don’t have a busy schedule and asked her why she hasn’t been and she said she’s waiting for her fitness program to start on the 11th. That’s her prerogative
