I've tried collaboration and it just doesn't work. I've tried solidarity it doesn't work. I have tried more times than I can count. I continue to put myself out there to no avail.

nikkas don't want to cooperate with one another or take advice. A lot of young hard knuckle headed nikkas running round with no direction or respect for process, history, authority, systems, organization or hierarchy.

Black Women don't like successful Black Men in corporate America. They are intimidated by competence. They prefer a fukk nikka they can intellectually bully and boss around.

How are we black men gonna complain about our black women dating outside the race when we refuse to get our power, wealth and influence together? And I'm not even some zillionaire, I'm just a guy in his final year of a good corporate america gig, making moves, listening to these sistas.

For a successful black woman, being pro-black will get thrown in the bushes for a cac with his shyt together. Is that too harsh? Nah, it should be motivating.

How are we going to complain about our jobs when in our spare time we don't create businesses or our own products to sell? What's stopping us from logging on to social media and creating a following, then sell to that audience? How are we going to get above average income when we can't make an ABOVE AVERAGE INVESTMENT in anything? How are we going to WIN if we let a dozen failures (when failure is a good fukkin thing) deter us?

A lot of black men refuse to accept the way the world works....they hope that they can force other people and the system itself to change by complaining about their hardships, bedwenches, etc

Then when another black man tries to tell him that the world doesn't care about complaining and whining, you're a man, men are expected to build, etc they get mad and act like you're their enemy for telling them the truth they want you to lie or sugarcoat stuff to make it sound good, but men don't need to be babied like that, these guys need to get thicker skin. At this point i can't fathom most of these dudes building anything because they're way too sensitive. If nikkas get offended at a message board post then how are they gonna be bosses? nikkas claim they want to lead but they don't. This is why most of these nikkas accept whatever crumbs The Man throws their way and are grateful for it. Most are too emotional and afraid to work with other black men and create something specifically for black people, it's easier to just cling to Mr Charlie's little job and spend their checks on trinkets.
