On the one hand, as someone who has traveled in that region (not Pakistan but Bangladesh, Nepal, and India), that was a really boring video because all the interactions were so normal and common.

On the other hand, it was nice to see what an accurate representation of a wandering tourist's experience he gave. Nothing sensationalized, nothing fancy, that's pretty legit the normal experience you're likely to get if you're just wandering around and know how to handle yourself without acting a fool.

Dude handled every interaction well.

I’m actually surprised the country looked clean. Could just be the parts he visited.

From similar areas of neighboring countries I'd say that the cleanliness was typical. If you're in a shopping area that caters to tourists, or a decent business establishment, or somebody's home, or a rural enough village, it will be plenty clean.

If you get into the more "in-between" areas of the cities, back allies, slums, sections of road that no one lives on, that's where you see a lot of the garbage piling up. Rivers too, and canals. Forest edges that are next to populated areas.

Folk from that region are actually super-obsessed with cleanliness. The issue is that the responsibility only extends to their own domain. So they'll keep themselves clean, and they'll keep their homes and their business establishments clean, but when you're in a place that no one feels specific authority over then it might be treated like shyt.
