Good intentions with no real plan is why you a dummy. Saying 20 million is nothing is why you a dummy. Don't be a nice "mark". You don't save a community by paying rent for 1 month. I pressed you to elaborate because I knew you would fold under pressure when really challenged to THINK.

so you're expecting me to go into extreme details about how I'd spend money that I don't have

expectation and implementations are usually completely different when dealing with finances

I gave you an idea of how I'd spend my money, I swear some of y'all are high functioning autist

nikka stop quoting me, I'm not writing a dissertation on how I'd save the black community

neither is that my expectation :coffee:

our community, how is it so hard to fathom that if a BLACK man wins 150+ million dollars

that a nikka would be so fukkin stingy that he couldn't invest at least.. MINIMUM one million?

how exactly? buy some property, build a community center

build a food bank, help single mothers struggling with rent, start an afro political party fund

maybe it's hard to fathom for yall because y'all never lived in the hood, been homeless

been dealt shytty cards, but for someone like me that comes from the dirt, it's a no brainer

yeah you too, you bum ass nikka @Nice Dolphin nikka

edit: I'm not spending all my winnings on the black community, but what the fukk is 20 million when you have 150+ after taxes

He could open a school. I would. For gifted children. I'd be rolling around like Prof.-X..

He and his kids kids are set for life without investing...don’t invest if that’s something u never did or learned before
You wouldn't give to local charities if you won that much money?:scust:

You can start a trust and hire a lawyer to claim it for you :hubie:

the last man who won claimed in LLC but they still blew his spot up
Staten Island Man is Sole Winner of $245.6 Million Powerball Jackpot | Powerball

reinvest it back into the community

Thats what state taxes are for fam

First time i read about a lotto winner describing their victory numbers. I always wondered do these mega winners pick their own numbers or let the machine pick

you can do both, when you choose QP, they sell the same numbers to someone else so multiple people can win.

it's not invest, it's giving back

the reason why we have a hard time rising is this crab in the barrel shyt

so you're telling me that if you won, 200 mil. you not giving back at least 10 mil to the black community, to black entrepreneurs, to real estate in black areas?

again, thats whats state taxes are for

A retired government employee from Harlem came forward Wednesday to claim last month’s $343.8 million Powerball jackpot — the largest in New York state history — and he never plans to stop playing.

“I had to play this morning before I came here,” Robert Bailey, 67, told reporters at the Resorts World Casino in Queens Wednesday, holding up his betting slips.

Bailey has “faithfully” played the same numbers since 1993 and dabbles in all the New York State Lottery Games.

And he’s not about to stop now — even with an added $125,396,690 in the bank after taxes.

“Yes, I will continue playing my numbers until this train runs out!” he said.

Like he does regularly, Bailey had to play on Oct. 27 — even though it was raining and he was driving around with his friends.

Bailey asked his pals to stop in front of a deli across the street from his 126th Street apartment and he played 8, 12, 13, 19, 27 and 40.

Hours later, after catching a college football game, Bailey, who has been retired for 10 years, went online to check his numbers around 11:30 p.m. — and his jaw dropped.

“I tried to remain calm and sat down and watch some shows I had on my DVR,” he said.

“I didn’t sleep the rest of the night.”

Bailey, who has kids and isn’t married, didn’t call anyone after realizing he’d won, he said. Later, he contacted a lawyer and financial planner.

“I’m still in somewhat of a shock but I’m happy also again,” he said Wednesday. “I’m totally blessed.”

Bailey’s windfall was a split of a $687.8 million overall jackpot — with the other winner in Iowa.

“It’s a good life changer,” he said, adding he plans to “do the right thing” with the money.

For Bailey, that means taking a trip to Las Vegas or hiding out from the New York winter in the Bahamas. He also plans on buying a piece of land for his mother, he said.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
If there’s anything in Harlem that needs funding to help the blacks that’s there now best believe I’m giving some of that money to them. Then again I don’t see a need for anything in this world that is considered luxurious.

Not even a overrated mansion!
