I hate these stories and I hate the way that my thinking has me feeling different if it wasn’t filmed. If there is no film then there is no side that’s the closest to the truth. Respectability politics is does nothing because we are ruled by different rules. I feel so horrible for his mother. Those cops don’t deserve the time they still have breathing. Tired of seeing videos of black people being killed by police. Over and over. I'm tired of white people telling black people that we're the racists. I'm going to hit middle age in a couple weeks and I've seen this shyt happen again and again. You can only rage and be angry for so long.
I really hope that some meaningful change can happen for you younger brehs. Keep on fighting, keep campaigning for what's right. In the streets, in the legislature, with your wallets and in ballot box. My generation has failed you. Don't settle for nothing but absolute victory.
