that's TRUE, but when your base division(VW) isnt up to par, more than likely your higher end will suffer too.

This is also true, but there are some exceptions to this rule. Porsche is also a division of the VW group, however Porsche is one of most reliable European/German automobile brands today.

But in essence, your theory is spot on & exactly the main reason as to why Audi's overall reliability stinks. :lolbron::mjlol:

If you take care of them and go for tunes up you don't got to worry for a minute for a vehicle.I remember I had a dodge neon and as soon as it got 130,000 it was falling apart. I have a mazda over that and bytch still looking brand new. fukk a domestic :camby:

Ford owns like 13% of Mazda Now and Mazda still makes there own engines. So yes there are still considered japanese
