I didn't say he should have died as a result but waving a realistic gun at people( if this is what happened) is asking for trouble because people can't tell the difference.

I should clarify.... If dude was waving a realistic looking gun at shoppers then his ass should have been deemed a threat.... Walmart sells hunting rifles as well.. so in a split second... nobody would know the difference..
