Ouch he took a nasty beating, but I'm assuming the money is going to a good cause though, we need more community centers in poorer areas.

Obsessed.
So a couple robbers at the most beat this guy up, means all black are responsible for this man's beating and regressing his so called movement for making his community better? Blacks don't want change so much they'll beat up someone for it.

FOH.

Everyone's quick to make a socio-political statement on black people but really, it's just 2 guys who robbed him and beat him up, not an entire community.

Try to be more subtle.

Man dudes on this site just like running their mouths and talking shyt. I feel like I got half the site on ignore :scust:

I'm not even gonna attempt to watch this video. This is why I feel group economics is never gonna happen again in the US among black folks. I want to have faith, but some of us are too far gone.

Why didn't he go to the police, file a report, and go the hospital to get his injuries treated? If he got robbed and beat up in his home the last thing he should be worried about is posting a video asking for money.:comeon:

I see your point but the contrary is that this is how we are raised and the internet is what we are dependent upon in 2015.

We use FB (mostly), twitter, IG, etc. to air our grievances and talk to people. In today's world, reaching out via youtube and FB IS reaching out for help in a weird way.

People mistrust the police, he had mostly flesh wounds (nothing severe) so I could see the brother reaching out to show what he is going through the same way those people post suicide videos and sad FB statuses. :yeshrug: not saying I'm right but just a different way to look at things.

Breh, group economics starts at the individual level. Practice group economics by yourself and talk to your family about doing the same.

That's why they have the prison industrial complex to keep the people who did this to him away from society.

Some people just can't behave good it seems.

The problem is....damn near my whole block is a cracked egg.

Most of them are distant kin to me.....but they are definitely cracked. The uncles put the kids on, and now the kids run the block. They all are starting to have kids now....what do you do? Get rid of the dope sellers and put their kids through the same cycle?

I know them being there doesn't give them the best role model, but them not being there takes the little bit of financial support they make from the block away.

The girls that take care of the kids are just as ratchet.

Parents and grandparents allow it, on some "business as usually" shyt.

It's just so complicated.

That's the hard part is when you have more than 2 cracked eggs. I have family like that also like my pops; one thing you can probably do is try to find somebody that thinks like you in your neighborhood and yall could come together to develop a plan. You don't need a army to get things done; that what the older brother told me because he did it St. Louis before he got married and moved out to LA.

The thing black folks should try to do is internal gentrification and get rid of the crack eggs and replace them with like minded black folks that want to do good for the race. It's one house at a time or one building at a time. That's what I planning on doing; I have to get my money right. But it's easier said than done.
