There's literally a shop full of women tuning him out. Not only are there multiple people telling them to step away from the glass, but the man is saying it's the second time he's had to walk into that place for their treatment of black women.

The only person that was proactive and effective WAS the man who stood up for them.

Single black women with children get as much as $8000 in tax returns. Pell Grant, which is for the low income, can also pay for those classes. And I don't know where you getting single black woman are worth $3000 from. Besides, you most likely don't have to pay the entire $2400 at once.
