Of course I still acknowledge the evil acts committed by cacs in the past and in the present and that they are pretty much the race that has committed the most evil on earth but it can be explained through sociology and shyt, there isn't some gene within cacs that make them evil from birth. This is not to excuse them as being a product of their time though that does play a factor.
