Anywhere theres white people there's racism. The shyt been global. It's like the sky being blue and water being wet. Why do we expect them to NOT be racist at this point? Thats what I wonder. Ive been accepted that at this point. I 100% expect white people to be racist. If that's racist itself for a black man to feel...so be it! I expect nothing less from white people these days.

This didn't happen in the NHL, it happened in the Ontario Hockey League which is a junior league for players 21 and under. Fans in junior leagues are alot more overt with their racism than NHL fans since the teams are in small nearly %100 white towns.

Unfortunately their contributions were conveniently ignored, or simply stolen, as white teams and hockey officials, influenced by the black league, copied elements of the black style or sought to take self-credit for black hockey innovations. Black Ice is the first written record of the Colored Hockey League in the Maritimes.
