funny thing is as a kid Ioved anything "banana" and liked potato salad, but once I hit ten and my taste buds changed I couldn't tolerate either

I can still eat a regualar banana (rarely) but any recipe that calls for banana as main ingredient I balk at, and I even lost taste for the family recipe potato salad.
