I think the issue has always been with the percentage though. I don't think anyone ever believed the majority of rich and famous Black men were marrying out (or at least I hope not).
I don't have other races percentages on hand, but White/Asian/Hispanic will have less than 17% of their men's most successful marrying out. Probably a lot less. It seems small but the implication is that the best and brightest of your race who could have their pick of women in their own race, have a significant percentage to choose someone outside, where they absolutely do not have their pick of any woman.

Anyway on topic, no you cannot be pro-Black and date out, especially not white. Unfortunately I don't think Black people take pride in having that title at all anymore so it doesn't matter.

No, you can be anti-racist and date outside of your race, you may even consider yourself pro-black, but you are sending conflicting messages when you are saying black people need to work together to create a strong community, an inadvertently promoting another race by having a non-black person on your arm. I applaud blacks who work to help other blacks even if they are married to a non-black person, however I have a bit more respect the black person fighting for blacks who is also married to a black person because they are living their message.
