NYC and FBA Riverboat Retaliation
A lot of folks in Atlanta are also fukked up and living in generational poverty, a city like that wouldn’t make this list :manny:
:ohhh:
Facts. But I thought everyone was an independent business owner, model, real estate mogul or boutique/beauty/fashion design brander there??
:hhh: :jbhmm:
meanwhile in real life - 22 most popular U.S. jobs and what they pay in Georgia
This makes the whole "NY cost of living" debate and locality gentrification issue a moot point as far as this topic.
Like I've been saying - the average net worth of black families is not lining up with the claims that people are making due to income disparities throughout every city, job opportunities
and lack of generational wealth attainment/economic resources. People shouldn't make claims, comparisons or brag if their not set up financially to pass down real wealth to the next generation.

No, the US government gunned up everything.

All these places are right next to DC. The US government has always been the lead employer of middle and upper class black people. This is why Republicans are anti-big government. Historically, the US government has been an OVEREMPLOYER of black people in extremely high paying jobs with amazing benefits. In the public market, these jobs for black rarely existed.

The stats don't lie. Almost all of these cities are centered around extremely large federal government hubs.
so we run this country literally and still get discriminated against. :snoop:

 Maryland gunned up everything and clapped quick.

List is a sham.

Town that I was born in, Olympia Fields, IL, has a median income higher than Woodmore, MD.

And I’m sure Flossmoor, IL is up there, too.

I would love to live in a upper class black neighborhood. Though I worry how are the police there?

As someone who lived in some of these places. Blacks stability is less than zero here. A lot are just a furlough away from being in deep shyt.

Some of these are just Bowie as well

:gucci: The list said the neighborhood has to be over 50 percent black as of 2019. Olympia Illinois is not 50 percent black.
