Blacks in the USA don't date out as much, because whites in the usa aren't with it. But if whites ever were with it, then our percentage of the population would not be 13%. Hell it would probably be 1% and top out at a million or two.

Whites don't need to since they wield economic and military power. There are other reasons depending on what country we're talking about.
