Blacks in the USA don't date out as much, because whites in the usa aren't with it. But if whites ever were with it, then our percentage of the population would not be 13%. Hell it would probably be 1% and top out at a million or two.

What I mean is, if whites had never been on all of that racist shyt. Things would be very different in this country. There would not be a sizable black population, because we would have mostly breed out. If whites were to stop that shyt today.. it would take 3 or 4 gens but the black pop in this country would drop. You only need to look at the other countries where whites have the numbers and are "welcoming" about this sort of stuff.

Also yes blacks get married to other blacks mostly when they actually decide to get married. Most blacks don't get married at all.
