To go strictly by the historical events/dates, the Christian God is more credible then Islamic God (Although Judaism supersedes both in terms of dates )thats debatable. in 2013 im pretty comfortable saying that we would be better off with nobody believing in god

i never said eliminate. im not gonna sit here and tell you that religion is the sole cause of any violence, its a lesser cause.
im simply making the assertion that LESS people would, say, be willing to blow themselves up if they didnt feel assured they were going to heaven and being rewarded by allah

Even though I already said that those people would have done something else. Anyone who tries to use religion to justify violence has mental issues.
And most religious books use a lot of metaphors so that's what I meant by misinterpret.

Its actually both ... All the "stories" in the bible are real and have happened. There is archeological proof. Its a wonderful history book in that sense.
