Don’t shelter, feed or give them your womb. That incentivizes behavior socially. And incentivize education for boys just like girls instead of men just working to work and it will go down. You will not get rid of all of it because no community has gotten rid of all sociopaths but it will go down

That’s America, period. America was founded on racism and will continue to practice racism, which is why most races and ethnicities live, date, and marry within their communities.
