No, not really. It may change the content but I think the whole idea will continue to exist. Much of the slander aimed at American women will become more subtle and thus more pervasive and memetic though, like with how 4cac operates. The issue is that I do think some guys will fall into operating much like how 4cac people operate and even throw in with those guys, who are straight demonic, creating a greater divide. The issue with these sentiments becoming pervasive is that even the regular person with no issues will be susceptible to them unknowingly and will act on them. Things will actually get worse in terms of gender relations.
