and i know this sounds farfetched but this country has enough "available resources" to go around for everyone in the country and then some. you just been hoodwinked and baboozled by politics that you pit one cause against another.

Why can’t they just stay and fix their country? Why can’t people accept that truly fixing the fabric of a country is a cross-generation effort that you may not see the fruit of in your lifetime?
You do know that's exactly what they say about the black community here, right? Damn near word for word. Mind you as a Haitian-American, I don't necessarily disagree with you but be mindful of the historical context in its entirety. I'm not absolving the politicians of their incompetence or their corruption, but racism and white supremacy is a team sport, a fact we don't seem to understand.

What are you doing for Haiti? I know the answer actually. Because when I did organize for Haiti this year most of the Haitians in NYC wanted nothing to do with it lol
