Then how does that explain the fact that nothing but dirt poor ass Mexicans live there now? It doesn't explain it, that's how.
The simple fact is yall ran the fukk up outta there and, while it's funny and jokes on the surface, it's sad and disheartening deep down..considering how historic those neighborhoods are for Black history in this country.
That happens every sunday only cuz thats the day where hood nikkas from all over the city conjecate to that one area and show off they whips and shyt.
Pleasant Grove(south east Dallas) and Nawf Dallas are alot more violent, homicide wise tho.
South Dallas is pretty cool and the nikkas there actualy more laid bacc than most parts the city. Pleasant Grove and Nawf Dallas wild ass neighborhoods and more crowded than other parts of Dallas so they really have the most murders as apposed to hoods like south dallas that still got that country like feel to them

One of the homies left to his crib to come right bacc. Left they door unlocked. Went to his crib got the choppa, came bacc and killed both them over a a few ounces of weed

Exactly....but dumb asses who have never even step foot in the city claim to think they know what happened??....again let me tell you all what happened....in the 90's there was a housing boom in the Inland Empire, Riverside, Moreno Valley....the house's were nice as fukk and very affordable....blacks moved out of LA out to the IE and the surrounding areas....don't believe me?....you can now look up at how well all of those high schools in that area excel at football, basketball, track etc...

North Dallas has nice areas but its one of them places where its nice on one street and dangerous the next.
If you want a nice suburb with nice apartments, but still alotta blacc ppl and sexy hoz then I would recommend Mesquite(where I stay). Just make sure to stay on the other side of 635 thats where its quiet and not run down.
You could also move to Arlington. But driving out there is a pain in the ass, but u from NYC so it might not be shyt to u.
