Big Daddy Kane literally said that Biz has fallen in and out of diabetic comas multiple times. I’m not linking the article because i’m on mobile but if you can’t find it on google I can post it after. You don’t just fall into a diabetic coma willy nilly.

You either aren’t taking your insulin or you’re eating like shyt and your sugar goes up to put you into that coma. If you’re talking about aneurysms or things that go undetected, I understand. But he’s been a diabetic for 10 years, its not like he found this out yesterday.
