RIP to a legend. Not going to act like I was really up on his music, as I really came up in the mid 90s. But I remember that Frankie Cutlass joint he was on and I worked my way back to discover his work. Seemed to be a true artist and down to earth.

We also got to make a note that Biz caught his 2nd run in the 90’s being a dope club DJ. I remember being young seeing him spin at local spots in the Tri-State area, traveling over to Greekfest and the homecomings up and down the DMV area. He created that lane for rappers reinventing themselves as DJ’s
