I think it hasn't hit the bottom yet, at all.

By the time it hits the bottom other stuff might be going on in the world to push it down farther. Potential wars. New Federal Reserve backed digital currency.

It feels like the people in charge of the money system are trying to crash it to introduce their own centralized digital currency. Traceable money. That just makes a whole lot more sense for them and they want to be able to tax everybody. It is what it is. They control the money system. It's easy for them to devalue this stuff when they control it.
