I believe he did give Wayne 70 mil up front. I just show this stripper from Miami KOD saying that Wayne comes in every week and drop 50-60k. Birdman might be fukked up in some ways, but he's doing something right.

So basically Wayne is not a boss after all these years and breaking Nikki and Drake he's still a worker and not just a worker, he's a worker recruiting other workers Sad. He's a fukkin slave.
