can ANYONE explain to me why zion's extension is $231M and zach lavine's is $215M despite zach having 8 years experience and more all star games.
Lavine has never made an all-nba team and he hasn't been with the same team for ~7 years. To get the super duper DPE max you need all-nba/DPOY selections, or you need to stay with the team that drafted you going into your second extension like Beal. Zion's is also only up to $231 million if I'm correct; he needs to make an all-nba team to get that much.
Technically.... Zion is really 197 or something. He has to get All NBA or other awards to get the full contract
