This not a compliment but they did a pretty good bullshyt job spinning it. I mean sure of course put his family front in center and say he wasnt that at home.

Only problem was they kinda contradicted their own spin. They very clearly tried to make Warrior sympathetic to how he was burned out during his world title run and had the boys jelaous of him and he deserved more but then 5 mins later they were like "Well he was just one of these guys who relies too much to Vince and wanted more". Wasnt he asking for like health insurane in one of his interviews?

I knew they were gloss over the public speaking stuff and just say the nonsense they said but not surprised they didnt go into detail about what he said about other guys.

Dark Side of the Ring is going to be an interesting contrast as its got his ex in it but when the producers were on Cornette's pod they did say they were also gonna dig deep into his background about what made him who he is.

It wild how they SMOOTHLY didnt talk about Warrior’s WCW run. It was one thing ignoring Austin’s domestic violence shyt, it’s another thing ignoring the racist build up to Booker T’s WM run. But to just smoothly ignore a time period of him in another company is just :mindblown:

It was quite interesting to see behind the scene videos of Warriors promos and how he slipped in and out of character. As far as the whole doc. It was cool, Kinda liked the WWE Network documentary a bit better.

And quite honestly i do firmly believe he did find peace and he let a lot of his bitterness go in his last days. Hell I bet he probably regretted the racist shyt he said. Or he probably didn’t and would have became MAGA if he didn’t die. Who knows.

Him coming to peace with everything and find a bit of redemption with things was bittersweet to see.

Now the “Dark Side Of The Ring” episode is gonna be a doozy though..

Watching the part where he meets Hogan at the WWE Hall of Fame, it really seems like Hogan never breaks character. Warrior is real serious and trying to talk about why he was mad at him for the DVD and Hogan's in full brother brother brother mode.

Warrior when it came to dealing with Vince and negotiating was far from a mark, but when it came to his character he was one of the biggest marks ever. Vince said "it's a work, we're working here" but you could see it killing him inside to apologize as the Warrior.

I mean... the only thing they coulda said is... he came there, cut a long-ass promo, took part in a shytty buildup to an even worse match... annnd that was all. There ain't a whole lot to cover outside of that unless you wanna get Bischoff on there to say he was a dikk, lol

vince making warrior do a video apology and warrior snapping for doing the shyt...these out takes
All that made me wonder is how many outtakes like that does WWE have in the vault. And more than anything just again makes me mad that we'll never get a fully unleashed Vince McMahon documentary. Would love to see him give the WWE's side on a lot of these controversies or the real reasons they decided on who to push and not push or why they took belts off certain people.
