Wouldn't be surprised if Corgan found out Dixie was going to sell to Aroluxe & realised he's been fukked. This is either him trying to just get back his money & dipping or completely bankrupting TNA so he can pick it up that way.
Said it in that other thread, TNA straight up folding would have been a better option than Dixie somehow staying in charge just to string it along 3 more months because she'd rather go down with the ship than let someone else possibly succeed with it

Smart move imo. He's basically pushing the situation to come to a head. He hopefully gets his money back or majority share for what he's put in, all while bleeding TNA even further into the hole.

i think the restraining order just means they can't run shows under the tna name until she pays him. not a personal one although the thought of her calling corgan at midnight as me
