We said this before the PopTV deal and we saw what happened. TNA always finds someone to take them. Plus if they sell the library to WWE that's a few million to work with.

2 things, nobody is looking for TNA on their network and their library isn't worth millions to WWE, try barely a million.

TNA doesn't even have a complete library to sell to WWE so the library is worthless to WWE because it's incomplete.

In documentation, it has become clear that even though TNA outright told Corgan they were not selling to WWE, and Carter told the wrestlers that they were not selling either the company or tape library to WWE, that they were in the middle of negotiations to sell the company to WWE at the time.

He also claimed that on 9/26, he was told that the reports that TNA was in talks with WWE were “absolutely not true,” but since found out that on 9/25, the day before, that [Chief Financial Officer Dean Broadhead] had sent a WWE representative certain due diligence material that the company had requested.

Material also showed that WWE questioned Carter about Corgan’s loan to the company. Carter responded in writing to them, saying that , “I intend to pay the loan back in full, plus interest, prior to selling the company.”

Carter also sent an e-mail to WWE saying that she won’t (or perhaps can’t) sell until Corgan is out.

The Impact Ventures response also categorized Corgan as a “predatory lender” with “strong-arm loans."

[Corgan's lawyer] said that the figure WWE offered to buy the company was less than its current liabilities, which would seem to indicate the WWE offer being $6 million or less.

It also showed that talks with WWE started likely before June, since there was a 6/4 letter from WWE stating a proposal made by them to TNA to be a “non-binding indication of interest for discussion purposes.”

While all numbers have been redacted from the documentation, it was noted in filings that the WWE reduced numbers of what they were willing to pay in later offers.

:heh: basically this bytch put up her car as collateral to 4 different payday/car-note loan spots and also has been trying to sell her car to Crazy Vince's Used Car Emporium and also lying to the people she gives rides to about the car not being for sale. keep in mind she had the chance to sell the car last year for more money but would only sell it if the new owner Toby would let her continue to take pics in the car to stunt for the gram after the sale

bonus:
Carter claimed she asked Corgan why he wasn’t involving anyone else in his meetings and he said, “You are damaged goods. I don’t intend to involve you.”

I don't even watch WWE you dork.

And even if I did, what does that have to do with their incomplete library being worthless to WWE?

This Sid dude sounds like a corny cac from those wrestling forums :scust:

Can't handle facts? I mean there's plenty of court documents supporting what I'm saying, but you keep caping for a company that doesn't pay the boys.

You are crazy if you think the footage they would get from TNA (incomplete or not) is worthless. Guys like Hogan, Sting, Flair, all spending considerate amounts of time there that can be added to any features WWE does on them. Even current personalities like Booker T have a decent chunk there. And think about the active roster. The big dogs of NXT like Samoa Joe, Bobby Roode, even Aries, who are all but guaranteed to be upto WWE at some point and become bigger names. The endless "Downfall of TNA" features they can do. And let's not forget the crown jewel, the biggest chunk of AJ Styles career. Even people who might get signed by WWE later on. EC3 is obviously a guy they would love to have back. All the "journey" footage counts for something.

WWE isn't in the business of buying incomplete libraries iirc
