We might let him come back, I could see him on Smackdown

You may own stocks but you're not sitting in those board meetings. Enough with this "we" talk. :mjlol:

Lashley doesn't need the WWE anyway. If he chooses to come back it will only be if the money is right and if they have big plans for him.

I'm part of the WWE Universe, pal. So are you, the only difference is I'm not in denial. You have a guy holding a WWE title in your avi but you think you are a rebel. Life is harsh - hug me, don't reject me

I'm not in denial of anything. :heh: But I'm not going to act like WWE is the be all and end all.

Bankdirect Capital Finance, LLC Files Lawsuit Against TNA
Posted By: Dustin Frisch on Oct 23, 2016
Source: The Wrestling Observer

Yes, another ONE has emerged out of nowhere. This one has been filed in Cook County, Illinois for late charges, interest and attorney fees.

This lawsuit is for $207,612.29 and it was filed against TNA Entertainment, LLC on 9/29. BankDirect paid TNA $400,146.00 so that TNA could pay insurance premiums. An agreement was made for TNA to give money back to BankDirect, but they are still $207,612.29 behind on paying them back. TNA was supposed to make ten monthly payments of $41,032.45. The new lawsuit was first reported by Dave Meltzer over on The Wrestling Observer.

Hey, we need to get into this too :ohhh:

Meltzer on Lashley ever returning to WWE

"Don't see them signing Lashley. Plus he's got major issues with Michael Hayes and they chose to protect Hayes"

What happened with Lashley and Hayes? I mean I could guess and probably be right but someone give me the story. Hayes said the same shyt he said to Mark Henry?

One of the reasons Bobby Lashley got a release from WWE on his terms, which lets him go to TNA if he chooses to, is because the feeling is that if went public on his complaints on Michael Hayes, and there was some corroboration, it would make the company look bad. So WWE agreed to release Lashley on his terms on the condition that he does not say anything negative about the company.

Back in January, Lashley talked about “evil prevailing” in WWE in his statement on his official website regarding his departure from the company. “I can’t go into details of this now but like I said before sometimes people will hate you personally and try to destroy you, which has happened here. Evil has prevailed however like I said before if you continue your struggle doors will open around these people.”

Additionally, one of the reasons Lashley moved from SmackDown to ECW in late 2006 was because Michael Hayes — who was the head writer of the blue brand at the time — wanted nothing to do with him. At the time, Lashley was saddled in a lame duck feud with Tatanka, who had just turned heel (and was fired three months later).

Pro Wrestling Sheet is reporting newly unsealed court documents revealed Billy Corgan wants full control over TNA, and he is claiming Dixie Carter lied about her sale discussions with WWE.

Pro Wrestling Sheet has documents claiming Billy helped bail TNA out financially a few times, and the last time he made some demands for his help that were reportedly agreed upon and entered into a equity pledge agreement along with Dixie Carter (addressed legally as Mrs. Salinas in the documents).

Billy’s lawyers are claiming Dixie denied discussion with WWE, but had a different story she told the roster during a reported company-wide meeting. Corgan’s suit also claims he had no idea about Fight Network / Anthem’s recent funding, saying:

“This recent conduct is consistent with the way that Mrs. Salinas and the other managers have dealt with plaintiff since the inception of his involvement with Impact Ventures. They have failed to keep plaintiff apprised of matters of great significance to the company; they have routinely misled plaintiff with information necessary to discharge his duties as President to manage the day-to-day operations of the business; and they have regularly interfered with, subverted, or ignored plaintiffs authority to manage the affairs of the company.”

According to the documents obtained by Pro Wrestling Sheet, Corgan is seeking compensatory damages for TNA breach of contract, supported by emails from Corgan’s lawyer claiming they show the company being unresponsive to his requests. Corgan claims all Dixie did was send an email saying she would be in touch to discuss her role in the company moving forward.
