No. The man took a blow to the chest and collapsed. Looks like he had a heart attack, an abnormal heart rhythm or ruptured a large vessel like the aorta. CPR for 9 minutes means no oxygen for 9 minutes. I sincerely hope I’m wrong but this is terrible.
