If they're as good as they say they are then the Bills D should be shutting everything down.

All in all the dude knows football. He got hired by the closest person to him on this planet. As long as Rex ain't giving him full DC duties til he legitly feels comfortable he can do it. This is basically nothing
Well let's see
1. Hire fired Jim Schwartz. Under Schwartz we had the #4 ranked defence in the league
2. He changed the defensive scheme. Under Schwartz we ran the wide 9. That allowed the most talented put of our team the D line to excel. Under Rex we had our defense line dropping back in to coverage and not being aggressive.
3. We lead the league in sacks the last two previous seasons. We went from number 1 in sacks to number 31 under Rex
4. The defense was confused all year. We kept hearing about how the defense was having communication problems. We would blow at least 2 TOs a game because the D was confused about something. We also had an unreal amount of blown coverages
5. Disfunction. We had players openly complaining about the scheme. Then you you had over players defend it which makes to team look dysfunctional was hell.
6. This was the most undisciplined team I every seen. We would get like 10 to 15 penalties a game. We were either #1 or #2 in the league in penalties

OCs have figured out his defense. He will need to change it if he wants to have any real success. He is terrible at game management so I doubt if we can win a Superbolw with this clown. Hopefully I'm wrong but I just don't see how he is a good coach. He haven't done shyt since his second year with the Jets.
