I doubt that. The wealthy class has never played fair.

The intelligence community probably has a profile of everyone. Anyone who could pose an actual threat to the establishment and contribute to a revolution will either be discredited by mainstream media, thrown into prison or have some form of jumped out of a window.

When the billionaires have their true AI the profiling will be considerably worse, and the oligarchy will be able to predict and find people with the leadership potential to pull together disparate common class groups and snuff them out before they even begin to realize their potential.

Even if people may think I'm wrong about the above I hope the one takeaway is that true AI can and will be used as an insidious tool to perpetuate inequality.
